‘Floral Offering'

Of prayers and flowers – The first couple Mayor Reynaldo F. Constantino and better half Roselyn, with mom - former provincial ABC ex-officio Delia F. Constantino lead family and relatives, local officials and dep’t heads, tribal leaders, pioneers and intimate friends to a floral offering and prayers at the late Guillermo Constantino’s shrine, to pay tribute and reminisce the founder’s sacrifices in shaping up Malungon town, prior to the actual opening of the grand July 15 culmination of the 45th - year foundation fete in Malungon, Sarangani Province.
