“Finally, let me take this opportunity to thank our partners, for in the next Foundation Anniversary, we will have a new official to hear about his accomplishments. Allow me this chance for my last valedictory address to thank our partners, whom without them, we (Malungonians) would not achieved the gains we have these days.
I especially thank DIR. AMALIA DATUKAN of the Department of Agriculture who favored us with untiring support. Sa lahat ng mga tumulong sa ilalim ng programang pang-agricultura, Farm to Market Roads at PRDP Project, mraming salamat po.
To the Department of Social Welfare and Development through DIRECTOR BAI ZORAHAYDA TAHA; for all the support and projects through the KALAHI-CIDSS, the Pantawid Program, MCCT-IP, Sustainable Livelihood Programs (SLP), the BUB projects, support to ECCD-the Supplemental Feeding, Crisis Center, Productivity Livelihood and Training Center, Day Care Centers and many, many more, maraming salamat po.
To the Department of Health, thru DIRECTOR TEOGENES BALUMA for the construction of our health facility and its enhancements, for the establishment of our 6 birthing homes including the main health center, which is now on-going. We have 3 on-going additional BHS-Birthing Facility under construction, Tamban, San Roque and Banate. And for next year, Malungon Gamay, Thank you po ng marami.
To the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation thru DR. ANTOINETTE LADIO, and DR. MIRIAM GRACE G. PAMONAG, Regional Vice President of PHIC for guiding us to become a more effective health provider that is sustainable with the accreditation and revenue in form of capitation fund. You helped us to become a better health service provider, thank you very much.
To the Department of Interior and Local Government, Regional Director REYNALDO BUNGUBUNG and Sir FLOR LIMPIN, PLGOO, for patiently assisting and guiding us, and for our SALINTUBIG PROJECTS. I look forward to the additional funding of the Kiblat-Kalonbarak Salintubig Project. Thank you also for helping us prepare for the Proposed Slaughterhouse from the DILG Performance Challenge Fund for the Seal of Good Local Governance. To VICE PRESIDENT JEJOMAR BINAY for favoring us with the 100 Units IP Village Project for the Blaan tribe worth 10 Million in Kalonbarak. There is a notice to proceed with the project, which was already served. We are still preparing for the next phase and we hope we could still avail of the 2nd set of 100 units for the Kaulo Tribe.
To the DAR Regional Director Nasser Musali, thank you for the ARC Road Concreting Project at 5.9 Million each for Datal Bila, Upper Biangan and Datal Tampal, with support from the Italian Government, and 1 unit P750,000 foot bridge at Mateo, Brgy. Atlae.

I would like also to give special thanks to our GOVERNOR STEVE CHIONGBIAN SOLON of the provincial government of Sarangani for all the support, for taking care of the counterpart fund for the PHILIPPINE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT with Phase-I amounting to P169 Million, the local counterpart was owned up by the Provincial Government amounting to P17Million. Malungon’s share was only in the preparation of all the study, technical requirements which of course needed us to hire 2 more engineers. Also for the 2nd Phase, the LGU’s counterpart is only P8 million, with the P3.5 again to be shouldered by the province. Thank You very much Governor for all the support.
To Vice Governor JINKEE JAMORA-PACQUIAO for your support to education, for leading and showing the way towards moral integrity, and to all the officials and heads of the province.
OF course to my good friend, our CHAMPION and lone REPRESENTATIVE, the HONORABLE EMMANUEL D. PACQUIAO, time and again, I have said this, ven whn he ws not yet a congressmn, he has always supported Malungon. We would have wanted to complete the Phase II of this stage, unfortunately, due to many obstacles, hindi po naihabol and completion nitong building na ito during this celebration. But as you can see, malapit nap o iotng matapos, maraming salamat po Congressman sa project na ‘to.
Last but not the least, of course, my family who stood by me through thick and thin, SALAMAT sa panguunawa, suporta at Pagmamahal…!
