DOST to assist in putting up website installation, programing - Department of Science and Technology personnel lead by (from center-right) Engineers Zendie Sollano and Albert Gabriel responds to queries coming from local Gov’t officials and department heads headed by Vice Mayor Erwin Asgapo during a Monday (June 29) held meeting on the planned installation of an official LGU website in Malungon, Sarangani Province. The local Civil Service Commission head Arlene Gulley said, the overall objective of the project is to revolutionize more the local governance, by engaging in the LGU into an electronically enabled system thereby improving its delivery of public services, and boosting more transparency in government transactions by increasing the public access to government information services.
