Migs meet new ABC, LGU scholars-turned full pledged Docs - Mayor Reynaldo F. Constantino (2nd L) introduces to then Sarangani Gov. Migs Dominguez, the newly elected Association of the Barangay Captains (ABC) president Edna Tuanzon, better half of the late Bgry. Edna vied and won during the recently held elections, until she was later elected as new ABC in the recently held voting at the ABC Hall in Malungon, Sarangani Province. The Monday surprise visit also paved way for the former governor to congratulate Ms. Lorie M. Bermudez (partly hidden) and Jec M. Pane, for passing the recently held Medical Board Exam after several years of hard studies in a Palo,Leyte-based Medical Institution, through the initiative and support of the Constantino-lead Local Government Unit (LGU) of Malungon town in Sarangani Province.
