Inauguration and turnover of barangay hall building

MALUNGON, Sarangani (March 11, 2013) – Congressman Manny Pacquiao (center), Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (2nd from left), Board Member Abdulracman Pangolima (extreme left) together with Mayor Reynaldo Constantino (2nd from right), Vice Mayor Benjamin Guiley (extreme right) and barangay captain of Tamban Virgilio Asgapo (3^rd from right) lead the ceremonial ribbon-cutting for the inauguration and turnover of barangay hall building Friday, March 8.
