The Holy Trinity College of General Santos City has been chosen SECOND prize winner of the Sunday (July 12) held Cheerdance Competition in Malungon, Sarangani Province. Chaired by hon. Councilor Jun Escalada, the activity is one among the string of events that played up the five-day (July 11-15, 2015) festivity to highlight the 46th Founding Anniversary of Malungon town in Sarangani Province. Lifted up to “perfection”- One of the eye-catching performances of the contingent of students from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University that have sailed through-on the eye of Judges Sunday, to win the Championship prize in the first ever held inter-schools cheer dance competition in Malungon, Sarangani Province. The activity, under the chairmanship of Mun. Councilor Mariano ‘Jun’ Escalada, was held to highlight the second day of the five-day (July 11-15) scheduled celebration of Malungon town’s 46th Foundation Anniversary in Sarangani Province.  (Isagani Palma – MIO/ Malungon).

See best Filipino riders Glenn Aguilar, Bornok Mangosong and other country’s fearless dirt bike racers as they grip to maximum speed in the upcoming July 13, 2015 motocross hard drive competition in Malungon, Sarangani Province.

The Aguilar (named Asian rider of the year) and Mangosong's “adrenaline-pumping“ racing exhibition is one among the string of events to highlight the upcoming five-day celebration of the town’s 46th Founding Fete.

In 2014, the country’s ‘15 times’ champion Aguilar made easy on Baghdad Race Track to land far against his closest opponent in the battle of yelling machines, part II. Malungon gears to celebrate its ‘biggest’ Founding Anniversary, ever – Local officials and government workers are now engaged in the preparation of the incoming five-day (July 10-15) grand celebration of Sarangani’s only landlocked town which will be spotlighted by a string of exciting events and Mayor Reynaldo F. Constantino’s ‘last’ (9th) year and final (third) term State of the Municipal Address (SOMA) in Malungon, Sarangani Province. Mun. Councilor Joseph Calanao, said the SOMA will serve as the chief executive’s complete presentation of all implemented projects and... positive changes in his beloved town, before his (Constantino) final year and term ends by 2016. DOST to assist in putting up website installation, programing - Department of Science and Technology personnel lead by (from center-right) Engineers Zendie Sollano and Albert Gabriel responds to queries coming from local Gov’t officials and department heads headed by Vice Mayor Erwin Asgapo during a Monday (June 29) held meeting on the planned installation of an official LGU website in Malungon, Sarangani Province. The local Civil Service Commission head Arlene Gulley said, the overall objective of the project is to revolutionize more the local governance, by engaging in the LGU into an electronically enabled system thereby improving its delivery of public services, and boosting more transparency in government transactions by increasing the public access to government information services.
