VM officiates ‘Barangay Kinabalan’ nuptials – Vice Mayor Erwin Asgapo (seated 2nd –R on stage) briefs a number of long-time live-in partners who participated in the recently held ‘Kasalan ng Bayan’ during the recently held weekly “Lingap sa Barangay” program of the local government in Brgy.
